User Researcher
National Instruments

Chris grew up playing classic board games, such as Chutes and Ladders, Candyland, and Sorry. During this time he developed a strong dislike for the game Monopoly, but has an appreciation for how it was used to help POWs in World War II. For the past 10 years he has been an avid board game player and has compiled at least 1000 hours hours of playtime. He has started a lunch board game group at work as a way to introduce people to board games and has extensive experience teaching board games to people with all levels of board game experience. In addition to his love of board games, Chris has a PhD in Computer Science and works as a User Researcher in the tech industry.
