In her roles as Chief Operating Officer of LearnVest and Head of Client and Advisor Digital Products at Northwestern Mutual, Ainslie Simmonds oversees product development for web and mobile, user experience & visual design and market research for both brands. Previously, Ainslie served as the SVP of Innovation at Maddock Douglas, a product innovation agency, as well as the chief marketing and product development officer at Investools/Thinkorswim, an online education and brokerage company that was acquired by TD Ameritrade for $850M. Ainslie has also served as a Partner at Markitecture, an innovation-focused research firm; and worked in marketing at Coors/Molson where she led strategy and execution as Vice President and at Campbell Soup Company’s soup division. Ainslie holds an MBA from Harvard University, and a BA from the University of Western Ontario.
