Pamela Antonioli

Prior to Fondecyt, Pamela Antonioli worked as R&D supervisor in Ilender, a private company that has as its core business to deliver solutions to the poultry industry in Latin America. Thinking long term, she started collaborating also with academic partners to develop their own products, which will enable the company to enter new markets. In such way, she started working with the most important universities in Peru (Cayetano Heredia, San Marcos and Agraria Universities) as well as with well-known universities abroad, such as Campinas in Brazil and North Carolina in the United States. After graduating from college as a Biologist, with biotechnology orientation, she took a post-graduate specialization in Agricultural Business. Pamela also has experience teaching science in middle school, working as a teacher for two years and being designated as tutor for one of the classes on the second year.
