Benton James

Benton started his music industry career in Philadelphia at PIR – Philadelphia International Records – where he was groomed as an A&R. After attending NC A&T, Benton went on to form his own Music Management Group: Boyd Allen Music which developed talent and is responsible for building social media platforms for his artists, brand partnerships with Coca-Cola, expanding college campus tours and acquiring TV placements with Bunim Murray and Vanacore. After joining the Manncom team, Benton now focuses on the urban side of the Management and Publishing business with his partners Billy Mann, Liz Baylog, and Josh Flaherty.
