Rohit Jagan Mohan

Rohit Jaganmohan is the CEO of Skyline Exports, a family run, 28-year old textile export company that deals in the manufacturing of Home furnishing products (Bed linen) to various clients in the US, Australia and other countries. Rohit has been with Skyline for seven years, in which he oversees Marketing, HR, Quality and Production of Skyline Exports.

Under Rohit’s management, Skyline became the first company to be certified as Fair trade in the bedding category in India. The Fair-trade premiums have been used across several categories, including: grocery and toiletry coupons, school fees, and cooking supplies. The premium has also been utilised for donating essential food supplies to an Orphanage selected by the Fair-trade committee and Planting of 25 trees at a local temple. He has also helped to grow the Skyline workforce to include more women, where nearly 80% of the working population in Skyline are women.

Right after his Post Graduation, Rohit joined the business. To have a better understanding, Rohit had already been visiting Skyline during his period of education and getting to know about the textile business. After joining Skyline, it took 15 months to learn the entire process and understand what is the magic quotient to provide the customer with best quality product.

With a great vision to employ more people and make them feel responsible, Skyline is considered as a family more than a Company.
