Aurel Pop

Full time electrical engineer and part time food blogger and chef, Aurel Pop is a published recipe developer and pop-up dinner host. Aurel has called Austin home for the past six years, but he originally hearkens from Romania, a country with a rich culture of hearty, home-cooked meals. Aurel’s love of international travel is evident in the flavors embodied in his dishes. Recently, he has teamed up with a fellow chef from Cameroon and has launched a series of pop-up dinners called Cameromania.
