
Alicia Matusheski
Alicia Matusheski is an associate at Ritholz Levy Sanders Chidekel & Fields LLP.
Alicia’s practice is focused on intellectual property transactional matters for clients in the entertainment industry, with particular focus in the film, video gaming and fashion industries. In this regard, she has significant experience in music licensing and film and television production and distribution agreements. Alicia also oversees the licensing affairs of a number of the firm’s clients, prepares and files copyright registrations and assists in the practice of forming new corporate entities, drafting operating agreements and related transactions.
Alicia is also an active member of the firm’s Trademark Practice Group, helping to manage numerous client portfolios, performing trademark searches, filing applications, and handling trademark enforcement issues.
While working as a paralegal at the firm, Alicia attended St. John’s University School of Law at night. Prior to joining the firm, Alicia worked in the Editorial Department of Workman Publishing, and attended NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, where she wrote screenplays.
