This may be the designer wanting to be an ironman, the artist planning to cycle 1500km in 5 days or the 40 yr old father of two running 3 marathons in 5 weeks.
I've embraced digital coaching but that doesn't necessarily mean I have to like it. Poorly tested fitness apps, repetitive motivation and one-size fits all coaching means I don't worry too much about AI taking my job any time soon.
The question is; how can AI make my life easier, and my athletes' lives healthier.
