Jen Ator, C.S.C.S., is the Fitness Director of Women’s Health magazine, where she is responsible for the brand's fitness content across all platforms. Ator leads the creation of the brand’s online fitness videos—regularly appearing as the featured trainer—and works on key brand extensions such as The Next Fitness Star competition, WH’s 28-Day Fat-Blaster app, and RUN 10 FEED 10 race series. She also spearheads the brand’s Olympic coverage, most recently serving as an accredited correspondent at the 2016 Summer Games in Rio. In 2014, she partnered with Olympian Apolo Ohno in an award-nominated program that documented their journey training for and completing the Ironman World Championship in Kona, HI. In 2015, she crossed the finish line of the New York City marathon. Ator is the author of the Shape-Up Shortcuts (Rodale, 2013) and regularly appears on national shows such as TODAY, Access Hollywood, Good Morning America, Fox & Friends, The Doctor's, and Steve Harvey. She is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and currently lives in New York City.
