Kaye Gardner-O'Kearny

Kaye Gardner-O’Kearny is the Director of Intel’s Higher Education Program Office. In this role, Kaye leads the strategy and execution behind expanding Intel’s mission, of connecting the world, into higher education. She has been at Intel for 17 years and held a variety of leadership positions in manufacturing, human resources, technical development and user experience design. Kaye is passionate about increasing diversity in Intel’s technical leadership pipeline and expanding the company’s talent in software, systems and security.
Kaye holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to joining Intel, Kaye worked as a consultant helping companies develop strategies for emerging markets.
