Katharine Reinhold

Katharine Reinhold is an innovation manager at adidas, where she leads innovation process strategy and execution for the Digital Innovation Team. What that translates to is reading about the latest trends in technology, thinking up crazy ideas, talking to a ton of startups, testing some of those startups and figuring out which are the best fit to bring new digital consumer experiences into adidas. Prior to finding the best job ever at adidas, she worked for fifteen years, in various organizations, leading teams to develop and deliver software solutions.
