Cindy Strand Yared

Cindy Yared is President and Owner of Corps Team Dallas. After working for more than 20 years in client service and business development as a broadcast sales and marketing executive, Cindy decided she wanted to expand her horizons outside of broadcast media. After discovering Corps Team with Mom Corps, Cindy was attracted to the concept of helping clients grow their businesses by providing exceptional, qualified professionals who get their job done well. Her partners appreciate her honesty, transparency and the energy she and her team put into finding the best fit candidates.

Prior to Corps Team, Cindy was Chief Marketing Officer for Disiere Holdings in Dallas, where she developed the launch and marketing strategy for a new on-line personal auto insurance product. She enjoyed being National Sales Manager for Clear Channel Communications in Dallas, where she worked for 11 years selling radio, digital and promotional campaigns while managing 8 national offices and 25 Sales Representatives across the US. Before joining Clear Channel, Cindy worked in radio broadcasting sales at a variety of other stations including CBS Radio and Cap Cities/ABC Broadcasting in Dallas and several broadcast stations in St. Louis, MO.

Cindy holds a BBA from Baylor University in business administration and finance. She is an active member of the Baylor Alumni Association, Network of Executive Women, and Ellevate. Cindy loves long runs, cooking, travel and spending time with her husband and two teenagers.
