I'm a senior creative director at Capital One, passionate about design cultures at large scale, interaction design, UI animation and the professional development of designers. My job is building a strong design organization, while empowering designers to develop careers and share their stories of design impact.

I've been called a product designer, UX/UI, visual and interaction designer, tech geek and amateur visionary. After 15 years of experience and many different titles along the way, I've defined my core strength as finding elegant solutions to incredibly complex problems.
