Sarah Goelitz

I’m a UX Content Strategist at Capital One. I help teams write the script for great experiences, whether we’re designing digital products, voice experiences, or new ways of working together. I’ve designed content for million-dollar fundraising campaigns, electric company communications reaching millions of customers, and financial app experiences that are tailored just for you. I believe that if we can design a conversation that’s true, clear, and human, we can change banking – and any other part of life – for good.

My job is to lead content design for Capital One’s Alexa skill as well as our Wallet app. I’ve been called a writer, editor, coach, marketer, and designer, but no matter what you call it, it comes down to this: I help you figure out what to say.
