Jonathan Aitken

Jonathan is Head of Legal at UK collecting society PRS for Music - responsible for advising the company on IP, competition, corporate and international matters. He has been involved in a number of cases before the European Commission, helping to guide the company through antitrust investigations, compliance with regulatory decisions and litigation before the EU General Court. Jonathan has worked in private practice in both London and Brussels and recently completed the PLD at Harvard Business School.
