Jake Varghese

Jacob Varghese has been involved in the online legal space since 2003 when he joined LegalZoom as an early employee. He had a variety of different roles with in the company. He built out their business division for the first 8 years and then was responsible for building out their sales and business development division over the last 3 and half years that he was there. He was one of the key individuals who helped to grow the company year over year both in profitability and revenue through owning the P&L, launching over 30 plus new products and services, product marketing, operations, building sales capabilities for the entire company, developing key partnerships and customer support capabilities for the business division as well as LegalZoom as a whole. Recently he has been involved in several start up ventures that have been focused in the legal space with both Legalinc.com and entitylaunch.com.

Currently he is working at LegalShield to build out their Business Services offerings through Launch by LegalShield and consumer engagement

Prior to LegalZoom, he practiced law in Iowa. He enjoys spending time with his wife and their three kids when he is not watching any of the professional sports teams from Minnesota.
