Over the past decade, scientific research has shown that every human processes food and nutrients differently. These differences are especially important in the sports world, where the gap between a championship win and being forgotten can be so vanishingly small. Bridging the gap between the lab and the playing field, this discussion will explain and illuminate the possibilities of personalized nutrition, how we will implement lab based insights, the impact it will have on our understanding of the limits of human performance, and how it can actually be delivered to athletes in a way that materially affects their performance.
