I was born to be an entrepreneur. I followed my passion which was to make shoes and at the beginning that’s all it was. In pursuit of this I became involved in what it means to have a product truly “Made in the USA.” What that’s led me to is something much bigger than the original goal and vision. It grew into and became a new even stronger purpose to be part of a community that is dedicating their lives to helping build, sustain and revitalize manufacturing in the U.S.

So what’s the message here?

Be who you are, live from and lead with your heart - follow your passion and your purpose will evolve into something that’s much larger, more meaningful and vastly more important than you could have ever imagined.

I wanted to make shoes, and it’s led me to something far beyond that. Now I don’t just want to own a shoe company – I want to be part of a national movement that’s helping a country re-vamp the entire industry.
