Not all great films have a huge budget. At this meet-up, local filmmakers will gather to divulge the tricks and techniques we've learned over the years to create quality films on a low budget. We'll discuss everything from how to find the right equipment, getting crew and actors, producing, and where you can screen or show your low-budget film. We'll also talk about the importance of sound quality on a production, and how it can make or break your final product. Additionally, we'll discuss our attempts to build a following, successes and failures in marketing films, and avenues of potential funding for your next project.
