Forgiveness isn’t just a nice thing to do. It is an act of defiance in an unforgiving world. It is an act of self-empowerment. But why is it so hard? And how do you forgive someone who has no remorse? Most importantly, how do we forgive ourselves?
Forgiveness Academy founder and author of The Power of Forgiveness has some ideas along with tips and resources anyone can use to begin releasing the past.
Non-forgiveness (or, holding grudges and past hurts), negatively impacts our heart health, immune system response, vitality, and psychological well-being. It also stops us from moving forward and engenders fear.
