This panel will discuss the risks and rewards of open source in regulated or restricted environments. It will also discuss the uncertainties that may scare organizations away from open source, and how to overcome them. Panelists will discuss the process and procedure around the use (or intake) of open source software, contributions back to external open source projects, and launching of new open source projects.
