At SXSW's Yoga for the Busy Body you’ll learn relaxing breathing exercises and yoga poses to improve your balance, flexibility and strength. You will learn postures you can easily replicate at home and work! Come prepare your mind and body for enlightenment in this class. Melodie Tao is a Marketing Professional, Social Media Educator & Yoga Instructor who appreciates opportunities to practice staying calm in any situation. No special equipment or clothing is needed, come as you are!
