The Rise of Academic Incubators

In response to the growth of entrepreneurial endeavors, universities are responding with pathways, such as curriculum enhancements, mentorship programs, and physical incubator space, to facilitate connections to students, potential investors and industry leaders. Incorporating these components keeps universities competitive and attractive and therefore better able to retain talented students and faculty. This panel discussion will bring together national policy-makers, industry leaders, commercial funding partners and higher education administrators from diverse higher education models.
