Filmmakers often associate “branded content” with long, boring ads, but the landscape is changing. From Werner Herzog’s “Lo and Behold: Reveries of the Connected World” to Red Bull’s “The Fourth Phase,” brands are partnering with filmmakers to produce exciting content to captivate audiences. The New Hollywood panel will explore how branded entertainment is transforming advertising and film. Learn about the brand-funded model directly from the producers, directors, and marketers bringing these films to the screen. These leading industry pros will also offer advice for filmmakers interested in working with brands and illustrate how “working with brands” doesn’t have to mean “selling out.”
