Panelists Vijay Karunamurthy, co-founder of popular online food community Nom, Michelle Davis, co-creator of Thug Kitchen and Nick Taranto, CEO of Plated will explore the coming of a food renaissance in which meals are participatory and familial, highlighting how social and streaming media is fostering access to real, authentic dishes and chefs.
