Startups and disruption of the markets has been hottest keywords in business and techspace for long time. Unfortunately while founding and running my own accelerator Hackquarters in Istanbul, we have stumbled upon many different problems where people don't face in States or some of European countries and that requires different approach to solve. I'll talk about the major differences in the development of the markets and current status of the development. And we'll point out, how other countries might embrace the idea as well.
