Using Lean Data to Measure Impact

Mar 12, 2017

12:15pm – 1:45pm CT

**Capacity is limited**

Lean data is an impact measurement approach pioneered by Acumen that uses new technologies and human centered frameworks to gain information more quickly and efficiently. In this lab we will introduce a Lean Data mindset that can help participants yield powerful insights to make social impact products, services and programs more meaningful for customers and beneficiaries. This lab will also explore how to use mobile technology, rapid prototyping, a/b testing, and human centered-design to push the boundaries of social innovation for impact and value creation.

Join us to discover and explore: “What does successful social change look like?”, “How do I collect actionable and accurate impact data?”. Participants will walk away with tangible steps on how to design a data collection process to answer actionable and meaningful questions for their organization or project.
