The Robo-Athlete: From Average Joe to Super Human
Sports leagues are cracking down on performance enhancing drugs (PEDs) to level out the playing field among athletes and keep them safe from dangerous side effects. Now, technology has found its way into sports with innovations that are improving performance and creating super human athletes through VR-simulated activity and wearable technology that tracks data and performance. This panel will examine the use-cases for tech in sports, dissect the ethical issues behind using technology to enhance performance and provide predictions for the industry.
