Discussions will start with recent innovations (integrated farm management systems; lean, agile wholesale transport and delivery; back of house restaurant supply technology; high-efficiency kitchen solutions), and then think big about what's next. This is a Meet Up about what's behind the menu, and why it matters to the future of food.
