Ben Kramer is Head of Artist & Industry Relations at StarMaker – the leading digital-first music talent platform, providing the technology, rights, access, and audience to elevate the next generation of talent and content. StarMaker enables millions of users to create, publish, and discover personalized music content, and provides an opportunity for artists and brands to interact with a highly-engaged, music-loving audience around the world.
At StarMaker, Ben is responsible for identifying and developing the leading artists coming out of the platform, as well as liaising with label and management partners. His previous experience in the music industry – first as a major label artist signed to DreamWorks Records and later as co-founder of a successful music production company – has allowed StarMaker to provide a unique continuum of talent development and access to its creators and the broader entertainment space. In working directly with some of today’s top record labels such as Atlantic, Island Def Jam, Hollywood and RCA, Ben has successfully launched interactive and promotional campaigns on the StarMaker platform for artists including Becky G, Clean Bandit, American Authors, Cash Cash, and The Vamps.
Ben’s music can be heard in dozens of television shows and feature films including American’s Next Top Model, The Real Housewives franchise, MTV’s The Real World and Road Rules, and Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
Prior to StarMaker, Ben worked as a senior policy advisor to Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) where he was responsible for a dynamic range of duties – from strategic guidance and issue-oriented campaign management, to stakeholder engagement and mobilization.

In 2012 Ryan joined Twitter's Brand Strategy team to execute emerging talent integrations for Fortune 250 advertisers. In mid-2013 his focus turned to Vine once a new stable of creators emerged onto the platform.
In early 2014 Ryan joined Vine as Head of Music & Emerging Talent Strategy working with top music labels to help existing artists leverage the platform creatively, as well as identify new undiscovered talent using Vine data and trends.
