The growing thirst for cinematic virtual reality is faced with a unfortunate stopgap: there are millions of headsets dropping, but there is still a lack of quality content. Investors can't fund the content unless they are sure they can yield a return, just like traditional media ventures. So how does this new community of investors, producers & distributors work together to create monetization models for a healthy growth-oriented, creative future?
