In recent years, the rise of fast-casual restaurants and ready-made meal delivery services have proven that healthy can be convenient. Consumers focused on convenient eating are shifting from freezer aisles and fast food chains to fresh, healthy alternatives. In this session, vegan chef Chloe Coscarelli of NYC’s famed by CHLOE., ESquared Hospitality’s Creative Director Samantha Wasser, and Freshly CEO and cofounder Michael Wystrach, will detail how the collective consumer consciousness is ushering forward a new, powerful movement in food, and the rising emphasis on getting consumers food that is not only healthy for them, but healthy for the planet in the most convenient way possible.
