On to SXSW 2016!!

I am an artist manager, residing in Tokyo Japan. For the past 5 years, I have been assisting musicians with development and working to help them chart a course that can help them succeed. In addition to management, which includes distribution and promotion, I also coordinate small to mid-size music oriented events.

My music career started in Memphis TN, with an internship for EMI, summer jobs as studio managers, and assisting with boutique music events featuring artists such as BB King, Ringo Starr, and Rod Stewart. After leaving Memphis, I moved to Dallas, where for 4 years I was a co-coordinator for a large annual art/music fair and also helped with the Dallas Observer Awards.

Now, 3/4 of my activities are built around helping Japanese artists grow within Japan. My other activities are: booking Japanese artists outside Japan (such as at anime, game, Japan Expo style events), and coordinating mini-tours for overseas artists who wish to play in Japan.,

I do use two different business names:

Inter Idoru: managing Japanese artist in Japan, he;ping overseas artists tour in Japan
Fuchsia: focuses on booking Japanese artists overseas and sharing Japanese music, culture, and more with the world
