I run Business & Legal Affairs for ADA (independent distribution) and WEA (label services) on behalf of Warner Music Group. This includes advising on distribution arrangements, marketing services, digital operations, technology, digital account management, and finance; drafting and negotiating distribution agreements, content and license agreements (e.g., download, subscription, streaming, video game, etc.), technology and vendor agreements, and manufacturing and distribution agreements; resolve inquiries from ADA, WEA and WMG business units, international affiliates, and wholly-owned labels on a multiplicity of matters, including implementing digital deals, royalties, promotions, and marketing; and develop and implement new business and new digital policies, brief executive management on new developments, participate in setting digital strategy, and assess business and legal benefits and risks.
