Jeff is the Sr. Manager of eCommerce Digital Innovation. He lives to travel and loves gadgets, so he’s passionate about his role at United.

Jeff's worked in the Airline business for many years and his background is varied; from Call Centers to Airports to Technology, all of his experience has focused on enhancing the Customer Experience.

In his current role, Jeff focuses on new technologies and ways to deliver exceptional customer experiences through United’s Digital channels.

Shannon is the Director of eCommerce Channels for United Airlines where she oversees initiatives for all customer-facing digital channels, including mobile, web, airport kiosks and operational messaging. She holds a degree in Mathematics, is a veteran customer experience practitioner and has over 20 years experience in the travel industry. In all her time in this space, Shannon's passion has not changed. The travel journey can be stressful. Her mission is to deliver tools that make it easier.
