Nick is an attorney at one of the industry’s most prominent entertainment law firms, Behr Abramson Levy, located in Beverly Hills, California. He is experienced in negotiating and drafting all types of film, television and new media contracts, and his firm represents some of the most successful producers, directors, writers and actors in the business.

Prior to Behr Abramson Levy, he served as Counsel in Business & Legal Affairs at Marvel Studios as it was launching its television division. Nick negotiated and drafted agreements for the first Marvel shows on Netflix: Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist and The Defenders. In the features division, he worked on some of the biggest box-office films in history, including Iron Man 3, Thor 2, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers: Age of Ultron, and Ant Man.

Representing both sides, i.e. the talent and the studio, has given him a balanced perspective that goes beyond deal-making and keeps him focused on the success of the project itself. His interests go beyond the traditional studio system and he has helped structure complex deals for clients who are producing and investing in new media, publishing, and technology ventures.

Nick received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles and a joint Masters of Business Administration and J.D. from Tulane University in New Orleans. He enjoys hiking, racquetball and a good book at the beach. He and his wife Brianna live in Santa Monica, California.
