Mr. Devon Ryan founded the mobile application company LION Mobile, a software company that develops mobile applications. At LION Mobile, he leads a team of engineers who developed the popular social wine app called “unWine”, a social networking app that is all about wine.

One particular organization he has continually excelled in is Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE). In 2011, he was awarded the IEEE Officer of the Year award for his contributions, passion, and leadership to the organization. In 2013, he was appointed as IEEE's Young Professionals Affinity Group Chairman for Central Texas. As the acting Central Texas Section Young Professionals Chairman, he leads and motivates young professional volunteers to expand and reach graduates of the last decade by organizing, developing, and running a variety of IEEE events for building professional networks, workshops and engineer to engineer socializing which leads to greater personal development.
