Rachael McCrary is the CEO and Founder of Jewel Toned, the first meant-to-be-seen shapewear company. Rachael is a Lingerie Expert with 16 years of product development experience in the fashion industry. Throughout her career, she has worked overseeing product development for major brands, including Maidenform and Target. Jewel Toned, Rachael’s most recent endeavor, is dedicated to providing women with a new kind of shapewear that comfortably supports their curves. Rachael is passionate about making body-positive lingerie for women of all shapes and sizes. After realizing that raising capital was the best to make Jewel Toned a reality, she entered, and won, five pitch competitions. As the sole Founder of Jewel Toned, Rachael raised Venture Capital in 2015 to scale the company. Passionate about Entrepreneurship, Rachael mentors and advises other entrepreneurs on pitching, raising venture capital and early stage company development. Rachael studied Fashion Design at FIDM in San Francisco and FIT in New York City. She's a Certified Martha Beck Life Coach, Certified Sivananda Yoga Teacher, RYT-500 and just began the Innovation Entrepreneurship program at Stanford University.
