Festivals and markets are as vital as ever in today's filmmaking scene. Learn what to do - and more importantly, what not to do - when it comes to festival submissions, festival attendance, and beyond for your films.
This Mentor Session requires advance online sign up and is available to all Film, Gold, and Platinum badgeholders on a first-come, first-served basis. Online sign ups will open in February.
Registrants who sign up online must check-in 30 minutes before their mentor time slot to guarantee their spot. Limited on-site sign up is also available for a small number of Mentor Sessions spots and will begin 30 minutes before the first time slot of each session.

Executive Director of The Hamptons International Film Festival (HIFF) since December 2012, Chaisson has had a long history with HIFF as the Advisory Board founder and co-chair for over a decade, and as the Strategic Development Director for five years. Chaisson comes from a film producing background having produced Jesse Eisenberg’s first feature film, ROGER DODGER that earned best feature awards from Venice and Tribeca Film Festivals and honors at The Gotham and Independent Spirit Awards. Chaisson also produced Newmarket Films’ P.S. starring Laura Linney and Gabriel Byrne (Toronto and Telluride), and Magnolia Pictures’ DIGGERS starring Paul Rudd and Maura Tierney (Toronto and SXSW). Chaisson is a member of the IFP Producers Group, New York Women in Film and Television, and board Treasurer and founding member of the Film Festival Alliance, she has also held positions within multiple film associations including the Film Society of Lincoln Center.Hide the rest
