Maarten den Braber is Program Director Digital Health @ Rockstart Accelerator in The Netherlands, Europe. Rockstart Digital Health invests in early-stage digital health and medical startups with a focus on validation and scale (recently named 6th most active Digital Health investor by CB Insights). Maarten also provides strategic advice to international clients about digital health strategy. Before Rockstart he has co-founded Quantified Self Europe, served as COO of Skylines (first European Techcrunch Disrupt finalist), organized the first ever European Health 2.0 event and is co-organizer of Singularity University NL.

Sandeep Burugupalli has extensive experience using his entrepreneurship skill set and understanding of the digital health market to catalyze the adoption of novel technologies in large healthcare organizations. Sandeep currently serves as a Business Strategist at TMCx, a healthcare startup accelerator at the Texas Medical Center. Sandeep recruits and facilitates the growth of TMCx's digital health and medical device portfolio companies. Sandeep also created and leads TMC Biodesign, an innovation fellowship program that brings together highly talented engineers, clinicians, entrepreneurs, and designers to create digital health and medical device solutions. Before joining TMCx, Sandeep formed collaborations with startups, academic institutions, and industry at Massachusetts General Hospital. While at MGH, Sandeep also launched an academic startup incubator, Co.Create, for digital health collaborations between the hospital and early-stage startups.
