Solving Healthcare Challenges with Design Thinking
Often, new products seem interesting and inventive but struggle to gain traction due to misalignment with user needs and contexts. Design Thinking combines understanding of systems, human behavior and continuous learning to provide a process for creating new products and services that meet audience needs and fit conditions, constraints and behaviors that successful solutions must address.
Participants in this session will learn the key principles and techniques in human-centric problem solving that allow teams to find and understand audience needs, generate solution ideas, test hypotheses, and iteratively refine and focus their solutions.
