Problem Solvers: IoT vs VR to Grow Grassroots Sports
What? We’re going to open up an active discussion on how the Internet of Things versus virtual reality can transform how we rapidly grow grassroots sports participation in public spaces. Why? On one side of the technology playing field VR is dominating how we can transform our engagement with sports media. Yet on the other side of the pitch we have a massive side of wearables and IoT about to explode into a $20 trillion market. What if VR and IoT could be used in complementary ways to rapidly accelerate grassroots sports engagement to tackle social inclusion, fitness, health and community cohesion? Sounds big? Sounds a bit impossible? That's why we want to bring passionate brilliant people into the room!
