Marta Voda is an Entertainment Media Recruiter and Human Resource professional. In her current role, Marta is Vice President of People Acquisition at Fullscreen, a global media company that develops online creators and multi-platform entertainment experiences. Previously, she led Talent Acquisition for the West Coast Strategic Services groups of Viacom Media Networks.

A seasoned veteran, Marta has 20 years of experience in coaching and partnering with executives to build high-performing teams through recruitment, performance management, and retention. Her career includes establishing Recruiting and HR infrastructure within large capital manufacturing projects to online media start-ups.

Prior to Fullscreen and Viacom, Marta’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to create a successful Executive Search and Human Resource Consulting practice, catering to notable clients such as: Classmates.com, Stardoll.com, Square Enix, and Activision. Prior to that, Marta worked for global brands such as The Clorox Company and Baxter BioScience. Marta started her career as a technical recruiter with Robert Half International.

Within her community, Marta is a mentor, marathoner and fundraiser for Team In Training, supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. She also is a member of the SXSW Interactive Mentoring Program and founder of MAVEN, a professional network for women. She studied Organizational Behavior at the University of San Francisco and currently resides in Los Angeles, CA with her two daughters.
