Katie McAuliffe is Federal Affairs Manager at Americans for Tax Reform and Executive Director of Digital Liberty. She focuses her research and advocacy efforts on telecom/technology issues, such as spectrum allocation, internet taxation, electronic communications privacy reform, and tech/telecomm reform. In the telecom field she has experience from not only the legislative side, but the industry perspective as well. Before staffing Congressman Cliff Stearns' (R-Fla.) DC office in various capacities (Staff Assistant/Legislative Correspondent and Budget Legislative Assistant) she spent time as a radio station professional in the US and abroad. Her commentary has been published in The Hill, U.S News & World Report, Townhall.com and The Daily Caller. She received her Master of Mass Communications with a Telecommunications Policy focus from the University of Florida and her B.A. from Virginia Tech.

Lisa Lee leads diversity strategies at Pandora and is a self-proclaimed diversity geek who spends 90% of her time thinking about a more equitable society. She is a frequent speaker on topics related to diversity in tech and has been featured at SXSW, on NPR, and at General Assembly. She is also the founder and host of Legacy Code, a new podcast about upgrading the tech industry - by making it more diverse.

Prior to Pandora, Lisa started her career in tech as one of the early employees at Facebook. During her seven years there, she led initiatives in user operations, product operations, and diversity.

Passionate about uplifting the Asian American community, Lisa founded and chaired the Facebook AAPI Employee Resource Group, is formerly the publisher of Hyphen magazine, and cofounded the award-winning positive body image site www.ThickDumpling Skin.com.

Lisa serves on the board of Asian Americans for Civil Rights and Equality and The National Asian Pacific American Women's Forum.
