As the Vice President of Marketing for the Mobile Computing business, she leads Product and Channel Marketing for the Tablets and Wearables portfolio. Over the years, she has gained a reputation as a change agent and an innovative business leader at Fortune 50 leaders Procter and Gamble and PepsiCo, where she held a number of executive positions including Vice President of Brands and Senior Director of Sales and Business Development.
Her leadership of marketing and brand teams to deliver best in class consumer experiences across all media channels, as well as her leadership of large field-based organizations and national sales teams reinforces her General Management approach. This has allowed her to deliver stellar performance across the entire P&L on each of the businesses she has led.
Alanna is an accomplished speaker and an active leader in the local and national community of Sales and Marketing leaders. This Catalyst Award Recipient has also served on the Board for the non-profit, North Texas Positive Coaching Alliance, the Advisory Board and past co-chair for the Frito-Lay Women of Color Multicultural Alliance, and on the Advisory Board for the 2013 and 2014 iMedia’s Brand Summits.Hide the rest

Doug Ziewacz is Under Armour’s Head of North America Media & Advertising leading the North America sales team and overall client relationships for the Connected Fitness business. Doug joined Under Armour in 2013 upon the acquisition of his prior company, MapMyFitness. Doug joined MapMyFitness in 2008 as an early stage Managing Partner and built and scaled the national sales function through three rounds of Venture Capital funding, achieving 1,000% growth over the first 3 years earning a spot in the Inc. 500.
Prior to joining MapMyFitness, he was the Director of Marketing for Everon Technology Services LLC, a leading national provider of IT support to small and medium businesses. In his tenure, Doug drove Everon’s overall sales by 498% from 2004-2007 earning Inc. 5000 recognition. Plum Choice eventually acquired Everon.
Doug began his career as a member of the 7-UP Professional Cycling Team, racing at the highest level of professional cycling in the United States.

Doug earned his M.S. and B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder. His Masters work focused on using devices to quantify the physiological demands of elite professional cyclists.

Before leading Brand and Integrated Marketing, Thom served as the corporate vice president of Windows Phone division, leading the global launch and marketing for the brand. Prior to Microsoft, Thom was the global managing partner of Telecom & Technology at McCann World Group, where some of his best-known work includes the iconic Verizon “Can you hear me now?” campaign, which established the firm’s category leadership and drove unprecedented growth for the company.
