Jennifer M. Dauer is currently the Senior Vice President, Strategy and Growth at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. In this capacity, in addition to leading the institution’s strategic planning efforts, Jennifer is responsible for Business Development, Marketing & Communications, the Center for Technology Commercialization, Community Physician & Hospital Relationships, and HNCC (The Health Network by Cincinnati Children’s), which includes the PHO (Physician-Hospital Organization) and PCMH (Patient-Centered Medical Home).
Prior to this, Jennifer spent 26 years with Procter & Gamble, where she most recently served as Vice President/General Manager, Beauty & Grooming New Business Creation and Brand Building. Over her tenure, she had a broad range of experiences across the Health and Beauty Care categories in both developed and emerging markets. In this capacity, she worked to create and implement global business strategies and innovation programs targeting significant organic and new business growth. Prior to her New Business role, Jennifer led several well-known and trusted brands in the consumer products industry, including Venus, Crest, Scope, Pringles and Folgers with assignments in North America and Europe.

Tim Moran is the founder and executive director of PediaWorks, a 501.c.3 non-profit that strives to improve children’s health by developing medical devices specifically for pediatrics. He is also the founder and CEO of PediaVascular, a social venture that launched the first FDA-cleared angiography catheters and introducers for pediatric use. Prior to PediaWorks he was the founder and president of CSF Therapeutics, a venture-backed developer of devices to treat neurodegenerative diseases. Tim also managed the formation and funding of Intelect Medical (acquired by Boston Scientific) while at the Cleveland Clinic’s corporate venturing group, Innovations. Prior to Innovations he founded an IT services firm in Latin America, and served as a strategy consultant for IBM Global Services in the US and Europe. Tim began his career in sales and product development at 3M. He is a German Marshall Fellow and an inventor or co-inventor on two patents. Tim received an MBA from Northwestern University (Kellogg), and a BS in finance from Miami University.Hide the rest
