Sharon Bates was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA . As the daughter of a Dutch father and a Peruvian mother, Sharon has always appreciated travel and different culture s . Growing up with parents who owned their own businesses in the Real Estate sector in Los Angeles made Sharon a savvy businesswoman who is skilled in operations and production. Currently she provides support and produce s events for Executive Speaking Success, a company she co-created and owns along with her husband. Sharon's "Why" is to facilitate positive experiences, so that people are filled with joy & peace. In her work with ESS she creates a space that supports ESS clients in getting the most of out their time with John Bates, whether one on one, in small group, or large group trainings and keynotes. Along with her husband John, Sharon travel s all over the world, creating, building, and training World Class leaders and communicators. Sharon moonlights as a stand-up comedian.
