As the Director of Customer Success for the Americas at Hearsay Social, Sarah Pedersen is passionate about helping her clients leverage social media to build their businesses. She and her team work closely with clients to enable their success by customizing the Hearsay Social platform to meet their needs, providing extensive social media coaching and education and defining business-transforming success criteria.
Prior to joining the Hearsay Social team, Sarah was a Strategic Account Director at NM Incite (a Nielsen McKinsey company) and directed the development of Fortune 100 financial services clients in their pursuit to establish industry-leading social media presences. She has an honors degree in Economics from Harvard University and completed her MBA at UCLA Anderson School of Management as an Anderson Fellow.
