World-Class Athletes on the Death of Disability
Can we predict the death of disability as we know it today? Two U.S. gold medalists training to represent Team USA at the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games and a national workplace expert will tackle that question head-on in a discussion touching on 3-D printing, artificial intelligence, drones and clones. New York Times best-selling author Lindsey Pollak will facilitate a talk with world-class athletes Alana Nichols and Brad Snyder on how technology is leveling the playing field between abled-bodied and disabled in sports and at work. The two U.S. Paralympians will also share how technology, along with a focus on ability, helped them to become the best in the world. The future is fast becoming a reality. But are we ready for sports with bionic athletes and holograms in the workplace?
