Bill Campbell, a veteran digital executive with over twenty-five years of experience, is the founder of Barefoot Media LLC, a consulting firm focused on assisting companies with funding, digital strategy, business and financial modeling, licensing and negotiations. Barefoot’s clients extend across a wide range of verticals including, digital music, streaming video, media, beauty and fragrance, packaged food products, clean energy, film and TV. Bill is also Co-Founder of Crossfade Partners, an innovation and strategy firm. Bill is also a member of the Board of Directors for Cür Music, a publicly traded disruptive streaming music service.
Prior to founding Barefoot Media, Campbell was Senior Vice President, Global Digital Business, at Universal Music Group, as well as Senior Vice President, US Digital Business Development at Sony Music Entertainment. His responsibilities in those positions included content licensing, new channel development, and strategic partnerships for the distribution of the labels’ audio and video content, including subscription services, a la carte downloads, mobile apps, streaming audio and video services, live audio products, D2C and cloud-based music services across a variety of content delivery platforms. Campbell’s responsibilities also included negotiating and structuring key business terms, creating financial models, growing existing partners’ revenue, evaluating and recommending investment opportunities, and exploring new technologies.Hide the rest

With more than 3 decades of pushing boundaries in the music & digital entertainment industries, Dick Wingate is currently President, Artist & Entertainment Services, Crowdmix USA. Launching in Q2 2016, Crowdmix is a social music platform that lets you discover music through friends and friends through music.
Previously he was Principal at DEV Advisors, providing consultation to service providers, app developers, & content owners, in business development, licensing, distribution, investment strategy & strategic partnerships. His clients included Songza, CUR Media, Cava Capital, BAMM.tv, MyMusicCloud and Music X-Ray
He also serves as Chairman of BHI Music Group and has served as President, Media Development & Chief Content Officer for Nellymoser Inc, an early provider of rich media mobile application services, running content, licensing and biz dev strategy, and completing deals with media companies such as Sony, Warner Music, MTV, AT&T, Virgin Mobile & ABC.
Wingate helped pioneer the digital music business from its infancy as SVP, Content Dev., at Liquid Audio, Inc, playing an integral role in a 1999 IPO. He was responsible for all music licensing, label relations, affiliate mgmt & content mktg.
His in-depth experience in the recording industry includes positions as SVP, Marketing, Arista Records (BMG); SVP, A&R PolyGram Records; Dir. Talent Acquisition, Epic Records; & Dir.,Product Mgmt, Columbia Records. He has been integrally involved with the careers of artists such as Bruce Springsteen, Elvis Costello & Aimee Mann.
He has spoken at industry events incl Digital Hollywood, CTIA, SXSW, Billboard Live, CDO Summit, Jupiter Plug-In, CMJ, Midem, Bear Stearns, Credit Suisse, Business Week and has been featured in the Sunday NY Times Business section, the front page of LA Times as well as quoted in the Wall St. Journal, Time Mag, USA Today, the NY Times Mag & Billboard Mag.Hide the rest
